First Sunday Member Meeting & Potluck - Kid Food

We are looking forward to First Sunday Member Meeting, which will include our member meeting in the sanctuary and followed by a potluck dinner in the fellowship hall. We encourage all our covenant members to attend this meeting, but you do not need to be a covenant member to join us. During this meeting we will be voting to approve our church's annual budget and voting to approve Harris Huguenard as a Deacon of Global Missions.

This will be our end of the school year student celebration!
We're talking mac & cheese, chicken tendies, pizza, quesadillas, cut fruit. We want to celebrate our hard working kids so let's bring classic kid food. Chances are, we all like these foods too!

We will be providing drinks and ice.

The schedule for the evening will be as follows:

• 4:45 pm -5:00 pm - Arrive and drop off food
• 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm - Prayer & Member Meeting (combined)
• 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm - Dinner

Childcare will be available for kids ages 4mo – 4yr during the meeting portion of the evening, and there will be a few quiet activities (coloring sheets, etc.) provided for older kids to for during the  members’ meeting.
